📅 When is the monthly fee due?
Tuition is payable in advance during the first week of every month. This ensures smooth scheduling and uninterrupted access to your classes.
🔐 Do I need to share my card details with anyone?
No. You never need to share your card details with individuals. Payments are handled securely online, protecting your personal and financial information.
👨👩👧👦 Is there a family discount available?
Yes. We provide a 20% discount for the second sibling and for any additional children from the same family.
🎉 What about holidays?
Tutors receive paid leave on Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha. No refunds, discounts, or make-up lessons are provided for these holidays.
💼 Can I pause my classes?
If you’ve already paid for a month and inform us in advance, your payment will be carried forward to the following month.
🕰️ Can I keep my teacher and time slot after a break?
Yes. To reserve your teacher and preferred time for a break lasting a month or longer, you’ll need to pay a 50% deposit of the tuition fee for that period.
⏰ What if I delay payment?
Late payments may lead to suspension of classes until the fee is cleared.
📈 Do fees increase every year?
Yes. A 5% annual increase may apply, ensuring we maintain the highest quality of teaching and resources.
